Amari Kris is a documentary about the traditional way of life in BÈkÈs county. The film revolves around the dealings of a Romani Kris - the traditional court thought to have been extinct in present-day Hungary. A community of Lovari gypsy horse-traders invite the audience to become immersed in their way of thinking, their view of the world and their traditions, a very important part of which is the Romani Kris.

Rakovica Selo is a settlement of one-family houses on the outskirts of Belgrade. Where the asphalt ends, home for a community of 50 Roma families begins. Evicted from the city nearly 25 years ago they still live in the small temporary houses with which they were initially provided, despite promises of new housing. The Roma are forgotten and ignored. Having received no response to their requests to the mayor for new homes, they feel they have become invisible.
